Alpha Lipoic Acid 200 mg

$ 15.95

Antioxidant alpha lipoic acid is integral in the induction of glutathione synthesis, another important intracellular antioxidant that may decrease with age. Alpha lipoic acid can affect insulin signaling and glucose metabolism, and potentially impact other cell signaling molecules involved in hepatic function and vasodilation. Recommended to be taken on an empty stomach, alpha lipoic acid may be dosed orally 1-2 hours before a meal. *
