Magnesium Glycinate 250 mg

$ 18.95

Magnesium serves as a cofactor for more than 300 different enzymes, including the liver enzyme responsible for converting vitamin D to its active form. Magnesium can support bone formation, DNA and RNA synthesis, and cellular energy production. Additionally, magnesium is involved in neuronal, muscular, and vascular function, and plays a key role in the synthesis of glutathione. Studies indicate that magnesium glycinate may be better tolerated and absorbed compared to other forms of magnesium. *
