Most orders will ship from our facility within 2-3 business days. Shipping time varies by shipping method and location. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and associated tracking number. Note: Holidays may delay shipments.
Orders over $100 qualify for free ground shipping within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, and US Virgin Islands).
USPS Priority mail is not considered an expedited shipping method. USPS claims these orders ship in 1-3 business days, but it is not guaranteed and can sometimes take up to two weeks. Also, USPS only picks up orders from our facility once a day, so orders being fulfilled one day won't be picked up until the next business day. If an expedited shipping method is needed, we strongly recommend FedEx 2-day or overnight.

General Product Questions
SR stands for “Sustained Release.” SR products are designed to dissolve slowly in the body so the active compounds can be delivered over a prolonged period of time. This can allow for less frequent dosing.
We have multiple manufacturing partners located within the United States. Every product in the NUTRAscriptives line is manufactured in the United States with materials sourced globally.
We have eliminated those excipients from a majority of our formulas. Our primary excipient is stabilized rice bran, which is a hypoallergenic excipient.
Our encapsulated products use plant-derived or “veggie capsules.” While there may be a handful of products in our line that contain gelatin, such as our softgels, we are always striving to revise our product line as new technology emerges.
Our veggie capsules are made from Hypromellose derived from softwood trees. Mainly pine and spruce, these softwood trees are grown and harvested from plantations in the southeastern United States.

Yes, in fact all of our DHEA, Melatonin, and Pregnenolone products are all manufactured using micronized powder. We do this to increase the likelihood of bioavailability.

Our marine fish oil is sourced off the coast of South America. It is derived from fatty fish like anchovies, sardines, and mackerel. Our fish oil goes through the following distillation process: molecular distillation, a refinement process that concentrates and purifies EPA and DHA from starter fish oil to ensure the quality of Nutrascriptives fish Oil. A series of additional advanced purification steps are employed to remove environmental contaminants including mercury and other heavy metals, dioxins, and PCBs. A short 45 second “residence time” during distillation prevents the creation of trans fatty acids.
Yes, we test each lot to ensure they are free from this mycotoxin.
Yes.
Our Vitamin D is derived from Lanolin found in sheep’s wool. This includes all strengths of the product: 1,000IU, 5,000IU, and 10,000IU. This is the highly bioavailable “D3” form and not the largely biologically inert “D2” form.
