Bio Methyl Folate

This isn’t your average folate supplement. Folic acid must be converted to its active form, 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), to be properly used by the body. Studies have shown that a significant portion of the population have enzyme deficiencies preventing proper folate metabolism. Bio Methyl Folate is designed to provide 5-MTHF (L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate) in its active form.
