Diindolymethane (DIM) is a phytochemical found in plants in a form known as Indole-3-Carbinol or I-3-C. This form occurs naturally in cruciferous vegetables such as kale, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, and collard greens. DIM is a supplement that may help support hormonal metabolic pathways in both men and women. DIM can affect estrogen metabolism and may play a role in cell regulation. *
